You can view shipping costs at checkout before submitting your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to communicate with you and provide updates on any delays that may occur.

 

Currently, shipping is available everywhere except to the USA. For international orders, we are not responsible to cover customs clearance fees.

Returns

How it works

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return.

We will process your return request as soon as we receive the returned product. Please note that refunds will be made according to the original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days to process once the item has been received.
